If you want something done right...

Sometimes Mom is simply too slow with the cereal in the morning. And when that happens, a self-sufficient guy has to be prepared to find his own breakfast.

We're off to France for a couple weeks! Wish us luck on an 8 hour flight with a 1-year-old.

Out on the deck

Normally SA is more interested in the "go go go go FAST" aspects of his firetruck. But he took a moment this afternoon to press all the buttons and figure out how to make noise instead.



The deck is a reasonable place to kick the ball around. Until SA starts kicking higher, anyway.

SA has been teething again, which led to a sleepless week for everyone. But the fever has passed, I think, and 3 (3!) new molars seem to be ready to break through. Really, though, there ought to be a better way.
