15 Months

At his 15-month appointment, SA was 25 pounds and 5 ounces (50th-75th percentile), and 31 1/2 inches (75th). He's hitting his various benchmarks - it's not particularly surprising to us that he's "ahead" on gross motor skills and slower on speech.

But the speech thing is coming - he waves goodbye, and starts clapping hands when I say "Pattycake!" His first word was probably "Titty," making me think that maybe I should have referred to the "cat" instead of the "kitty." And he says "Mama" and "Uh Oh!" and "NO!" regularly, sometimes in context.

But really, he'd rather be running around the house (well, maybe it's more of a trot than a run), opening drawers and examining the contents before dumping them on the floor.
